I joined the NCG community in 2015. I attended The University of Virginia for undergraduate studies and received a bachelor's degree in psychology in 2011. During my last year at UVA, I participated in the Young Women's Leadership Program, where I was a big sister to a middle school girl. This experience made a big impact in my life, and I credit this to choosing to pursue a career in counseling. I received a master's in professional counseling from Liberty University in 2014. I believe in serving the under-served populations and being a source of hope for clients and families as they learn the tools to help navigate the reasons that are leading them into services. My team and I are excited to serve the surrounding community and show them what CARE at NCG is all about!

I joined NCG in 2022 while completing my practicum and internships as part of my master's degree program at Liberty University. With a background in biology and neuroscience, I have always been deeply committed to understanding and helping others. The invaluable experience and support I have received at NCG inspired me to pursue my residency and continue working toward licensure as a professional counselor.

I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals, from children to adults, which has provided me with a broad understanding of people across the lifespan. I am passionate about supporting, encouraging, and guiding others in their journey toward growth in a way that best meets their unique needs. Additionally, I am dedicated to fostering growth within myself, my team, and my clients, striving to create meaningful and lasting change for all.

I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Resident in Counseling in Virginia who holds a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I believe in the power of connection and healthy relationships. I strive to create a nonjudgmental atmosphere and focus on connection with my clients to facilitate an experience of change. I have experience working with individuals, families, children, teens and adults. I am passionate about growing the partnership of NCG within the community we serve, and I am fortunate to be part of the NCG team. I am confident in the growth that our team can provide for families and individuals!
